Former Addict Starts Online Fitness Movement to Raise Awareness

(WDBJ, Jan. 8) Addiction doesn't always have to be a bad thing. Mark Bowles, a former prescription drugs and heroin addict, decided to turn his focus towards fitness instead. He launched Five For Addiction, a movement where people post videos of themselves doing burpees on social media.
