In Texas' South Padre Island, teens often flock to these types of events and can easily access drugs such as PCP or Molly, experts say. The drugs allow kids to feel new sensations and enhance the entire experience, but can also easily overdose. Parents should be aware of what their children's plans are and monitor their activities.
