Teen Drug Addiction and What to Do About It

(We Are Green Bay, July 13) The Wisconsin Department of Health Services has seen an increase in drug use among youth, a discouraging number. It's seen kids using meth and heroin, and says that since 2013, 15 percent of high school students had tried prescription drugs without a prescription.
