(KPCC, Sept. 1) There's considerable debate whether legalizing pot would cause more teens to try it, because it's been deemed "safe" by the industry. Advocates say there's no difference in the studies among teens in states where it's legal, but others say there's simply not enough data to prove that's the case. It's something many parents worry about it, if pot becomes a legal substance in their state. Not only that, researchers say that comparing medicinal marijuana to recreational marijuana can't be done.
