Marijuana Skeptics Take Aim at Potency in Colorado

(Denver Post, June 17) A new ballot proposal in Colorado sets new potency and packaging limits on marijuana, which is sold legally in the state. Supporters say that marijuana sold today is far too strong, and should be regulated the way alcohol is. In addition, the measure includes adding warning labels that state that marijuana carries a risk of "permanent loss of brain abilities."
