High School Parties Where Teens Bring Prescription Drugs Trending

(WTKR, July 29) The kids call them "PHARM parties" which sound like "Farm," but they're actually very dangerous gatherings, officials warn. In fact, teens are taking drugs from the family medicine cabinet and bringing them the parties, where participants pop pills without knowing what they are. They often believe the practice is safe because the drugs are prescription and come from their homes. They typically consume alcohol with the drugs, and can be very dangerous instead.
