More American High School Students Smoke Pot Than Binge Drink, Report Says

(Washington Post, Aug. 1) More students have smoked marijuana than drank alcohol in the past 30 days, according to a new report. The study, released by the Department of Health and Human Services, found that use overall has dropped with both products, with alcohol dropping from 17.6 to 11.6 percent between 2002 and 2013.
